Caso Clínico De Pediatría

Paciente de 13 años de edad que consulta al servicio de urgencias por presentar disfagia, sialorrea, nauseas en ocasiones vomito de contenido alimenticio y pintas de sangre; de aparición súbita y de 8 horas de evolución. Tiene antecedentes de epigastralias ocasionales, reflujo gastro-esofagico en la niñez y conflictos afectivos con los compañeros del grupo juvenil.

En la emergencia se encontró FC: 88, FR: 22, TP: 36.6°, Glasgow 15/15, adolecente en regular estado general, agitación sicomotora, algica, marcada sialorrea, lesiones pequeñas ampollosas con necrosis en sus bordes en lengua, mucosa oral y peribucal.

Cuello: adenopatías pequeñas; Abdomen y cardio-respiratorio: normal; genitales no se exploran; Neurológico: sin déficit.
